Recently, the IVAR group completed a transaction whereby it became the sole indirect shareholder of IVAR NA, a Nova Scotia company based in Sydney (“IVAR”). Upon completion of the acquisition, Mr. Marco Busi , was installed as new interim general manager and the previous general manager, Mr. John MacDonald, resigned his position. Only Mr. Busi has the legal authority to deal with IVAR’s property and anyone else purporting to act on IVAR’s behalf would not be in a position to contract validly on IVAR’s behalf. Please be advised that if anyone purports to contract on behalf of IVAR other than Mr. Busi that such individual(s) is/are proceeding without authority and you may bear the consequences.
